Warm Weather Shipping:

*Please note that if your destination is over 74 Degrees F (23 Degrees Celsius), we strongly advise that you select our warm weather package, if you are ordering any Massage Flame products.  The warm weather packaging is an additional $5 USD. This consists of an insulated container & a reusable frozen gel-pack, which will keep your package cool for up to 48 hours.  For extreme warm weather destinations we suggest that you check off the months of June, July, August. In addition, during these warmer months we may only ship products Express or 2nd day to ensure your items arrive in the best condition possible. Please check the following FedEx Ground link to see how many in-transit days your location is from our warehouse.
